  1. Where is my package?

After placing your order, it takes 1–2 business days to process it and 5–7 business days for delivery, provided you ordered before 5:00 PM. If these days have passed, please contact our customer service.

  1. Where can I find my Track & Trace code?

After placing your order, you will receive a tracking code. Please check your spam folder, as our emails may sometimes end up there. Note that it may take some time for your Track & Trace link to become active.

  1. How can I track my order?

Track your order using the tracking number you received by email. Enter the tracking number on our tracking page to view the status of your delivery. You can do this on this page.

  1. I’m not satisfied with my package

Please visit our “Exchange and Returns” page to return your package.
